WORX Heavy Haul & Rigging located in Aridrie ,Alberta was called upon to do a job for the Catholic School Board to transport 7 modules from a plant in southern Alberta to Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories. The modules ranged from 24-25 feet wide and 40-50 feet long.Worx Heavy Haul made there way to the N.W.T. Border at that point they needed Pilot Trucks from the north with experince and knowledge of the N.W.T. highway system .At that point WIND DANCER CONTRACTING was called upon to assist them with there journey to the capital of N.W.T. , YELLOWKNIFE. The move required a D.O.T. escort & pilot trucks to Fort Providence were the modules because of there size had to be moved across the Mackenzie River by a separete barge . The modules were all transported across in the same day and docked at the Big River Service station till the escort arrived at midnite and 5 were escorted by D.O.T. Worx pilot truck and 2 Wind Dancer pilot trucks to Yellowknife. The above pic is of the last two modules ready to move to Yk. The entire job went perfect and we had no incedents during all the trips. Worx Heavy Haul  is definetly a company ready to take on even the biggest of challenges. For your next move North be asured that they are a company that can get the job done. This page has a few of the pics taken from the trips. Please have a veiw and contact them or us for your future moves
